Two things the keeper cannot do, however kindly asked: see or change your Amazon order (that is Your Orders, in your Amazon account), and give behavioral advice for a specific dog (that is a certified trainer or behaviorist, who can actually meet the dog in question).

What the keeper very much wants to hear about: prices that have drifted, links that have died, sizes that have vanished, and stories where the little red can earned its shelf. The mail with the subject line 'it worked' is, frankly, why the pond is kept.
